$8 Sakae Group Voucher Terms & Conditions:

• Voucher will be accepted for dine-in and takeaway at any Sakae Group of Restaurants except kiosks in Singapore.
• Minimum spending of $30 is required
• Voucher is not valid on eve of and on Public Holidays.
• Presentation of the printed e-voucher is required upon ordering.
• Limited to one e-voucher per redemption.
• Voucher can only be used once for redemption.
• Voucher may not be combined with other vouchers, card rebates, discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Voucher is not exchangeable or refundable for cash, kind or any other denominations.
• Voucher cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, defected, stolen and/or voided.
• Strictly no extension of validity period. Sakae Holdings Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
• Voucher Validity Period: Till 31 March 2017

3. How to take part

• Purchase any BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken or BRAND’S® Bird’s Nest CNY Promotion Pack as detailed above from the Participating Retailers. Every CNY Promotion Pack purchased entitles you to one free $8 Sakae Group Voucher.

• Keep original receipt as proof of purchase and eligibility of participation
• Redeem $8 Sakae Group Voucher online at www.brandscny.com by following the steps below

Step 1: Take a picture of your receipt (full original receipt)

Step 2: Log onto www.brandscny.com

Step 3: Fill in your Name, NRIC, Contact Number and Email

Step 4: Upload a clear picture of your receipt

Step 5: Click “Submit” once you are done with the above steps

Step 6: Retrieve e-voucher from your email within 2 business days

Step 7: Print out the voucher for redemption at any Sakae outlets

4. Eligibility to take part: This Promotion is open to all participants who are (i) aged 18 years old and above, (ii) residing in Singapore and (iii) not employees of Cerebos Pacific Limited (“Cerebos”) or its advertising agencies or immediate family members of such employees.

5. Redemptions using invalid receipts will be disqualified. Only full, clear and visible images of the receipts uploaded will be accepted. Cerebos shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liabilities of any kind arising from or suffered in connection with this Promotion, howsoever arising, including, without limitation, the use of the Voucher or any error in any computer system or equipment or any lost or delayed entries.

6. Cerebos’ decision(s) on matters, including without limit, all redemption eligibility is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

7. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other products in part or in full.

8. Your participation in this Promotion is voluntary. If you do not agree to anything in these terms and conditions, you can choose not to take part.

9. Personal information, such as your full name, NRIC, email and contact number details will be collected as part of your participation of this Promotion. The personal information you provide to us will be dealt with in accordance with our privacy statement.

10. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from the Promotion and receipt of any voucher.

11. Cerebos reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and details of this Promotion without prior notice.

12. Cerebos does not make any warranty or representation to the availability, merchantability, suitability of use and quality of the voucher(s) or the products and services in connection with the use of the voucher(s) and does not accept any liability in respect of such voucher(s). Cerebos reserves the right to replace the prize(s) with other(s) of similar value should the prize(s) be unavailable for any reason.
