This Privacy Policy governs the way that Suntory Beverage & Food Asia Pte Ltd (”Suntory”), a Singapore corporation, and/or its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “we,” “our,” or “Suntory”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from you and other users (collectively, “User,” “you,” or “your”) of our website and any derivative website on which this Privacy Policy is posted (collectively, the “Site”). . We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes to this page.  You understand that you have the affirmative obligation to check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes, and you hereby agree to periodically review this Privacy Policy for such changes.  The continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes an acceptance of those changes. We respect the privacy of all visitors to the Site and believe it is important for every User to know how it utilizes the information collected from Users. Our Site is hosted in the United States of America, although we are based on Singapore.  If you are from Canada, the European Union, or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from United States law. If you register an account on the Site, visit the Site, purchase products or services via the Site or from Suntory or our affiliates, or otherwise access or use the Site, please note that any personally identifiable information that you may provide to us will be transferred to the United States and/or Singapore.  Any such personally identifiable information provided will be processed and stored in the United States and/or Singapore by Suntory or a service provider acting on its behalf.  By providing your personally identifiable information, you hereby specifically and expressly consent to such transfer and processing and the uses and disclosures set forth herein.

Information about Users that is maintained on Suntory’s systems is protected using industry standard security measures.  However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and Suntory cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on or transmitted from its systems will be completely secure.  Suntory is not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures relating to the Site by any Users or third parties.


Correcting, Updating, Accessing, or Removing Personal Information

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire to receive non-account specific information from us, we will attempt to provide a way to correct, update, change, and/or remove your previously-provided personal data.
